role: UX Designer

L.A. Care provides affordable insurance to the residents of Los Angeles County. I was contracted with Digital Taas to design a Digital Transformation. L.A. Care’s Facility Site Review (FSR) team periodically visiting participating healthcare providers and reviewing their facilities to ensure everything is up to code. A significant amount of their process was previously done on paper, after which all results data would be manually transcribed. We converted their paper-based healthcare, insurance, and inspection documents into a functional digital format for a tablet based app. I designed the dashboards and form flows for different user roles based on user research and developer requirements.
